However, keep in mind this is not 3rd grade. There is no teacher sitting at the head of the class with all the answers in the back of their secret "teacher's edition" of the text book.

This is the world of internet gaming. Some problems don't have answers yet. They are being worked on.

By being "worked on" this means we are either:

1) Actively debugging and programming in bug fixes.

2) Waiting around for our current todo list to diminish before attacking the problem.

3) We know of the problem and have no idea have to fix it. Hence, we're in the waiting for the gods of geekdom to send us an answer.

4) It's a Microsoft problem and we are either trying to find a workaround or looking for Kreskin's home phone number because lord only knows it takes a mind reader to get any answers out of that crew.

5) We found the bug. It's in DirectX and we're promised it will be fixed in the next release.

Barring any of the above circumstances we will eventually fix almost all known bugs. Or, at least we'll release an update informing all concerned that the bug has been upgraded in status from bug to "feature".

In any case look around on the Bugs page for known bugs and a form form inputting any new ones you may have found.
